Kalgoorlie Gold Mine

$Interesting images abound for those with an \'eye\' and this mosaic entrance to a private house in central London on 11th September 2008 caught mt eye. Camera: Canon Powershot G9. Can\'t remember the setting. Slightly adjusted in photoshop.$

$The Scottish Highlands again. It was a Sunday and a storm was was raging. I can clearly remember the force of the wind (I had waited a short time during which the torrential rain had been reduced to simply \'pouring down.\') Camera: Olympus OM3 with 28mm lens. Film: Kodak 64.$ $My research for the book: The Masonic Magician intially took me to Rome where I meet my great friend, Bernadino Fioravanti, Grand Librarian of the Grand Orient of Italy. This image is of one of the \'Griffins\' to the entrance to Il Vittoriano. Camera D2X with 18mm - 55mm DX lens. Image slightly enhanched in photoshop.$

$Whilst in Italy to research for the book: The Masonic Magician I was able to go from Rome to Florence primarily to visit the Uffizi Gallery. This was taken just outside - one of many \'living statues\' that magically come to life if you throw some coins into their collection tin. Camera: D2X with 18mm - 55mm DX lense.$
